Hi Folks!
Andy Hopcroft here, General Manager of YELLO Equipment™.
With the end of the year and the Christmas season hastily approaching, now is the perfect time to reflect on the past year and have a quick look into the future to see what 2023 will have in store for both us and… you!
At YELLO Equipment™, we have witnessed a variety of remarkable highlights that have made this year fantastic and have greatly affected the way we do service. With solid frameworks within the community and our commitment to you, we are always looking for ways to improve the way we interact and build relationships. Always wanting emphasise to our stakeholders that we are, with you all the way!
So, allow us to share the many noteworthy highlights of 2022 and let you know what are in the cards for next year….
2022
Our endless growth has allowed us to advance within this community and build strong relationships with customers all around. With this growth, we have welcomed additional new staff into our Sales, Operations, and Finance departments along with the onboarding of our various regional dealers across QLD and NSW. You should know that you can trust our team for service customised for you, as we work together to understand your needs.
We also officially expanded our network by opening our Newcastle branch. After the long and much-needed preparation, the branch ceremoniously opened on the 24th of November 2022, at 56 Sandringham Place, Thornton NSW 2322. Representatives from SANY Australia and Preston Hire were gratefully in attendance as well as YELLO Equipment’s valued customers and suppliers.
The full range of SANY excavators are available at the new facility, which are ready to go when required. This was important in order to reduce wait and delivery times for customers. By opening within this region, we wanted to provide localised service and support to our regional customers.
An outstanding highlight of the year would be the numerous trade shows that YELLO Equipment™ and SANY presented at. We proudly showcased our range of SANY excavators at Diesel, Dirt and Turf in Sydney, NSW, FarmFest in Toowoomba, QLD, AgQuip in Gunnedah, NSW, Henty Machinery Field Days in Henty, NSW, Australian National Field Days at Borenore, NSW and lastly Primex Field Days in Casino, NSW. These trade shows were a real focal point of our year, as we were given the opportunity to showcase our machinery to regional areas that may not have previously known about the incredible quality and value that YELLO™ offers. We greatly understand the important of showcases to a new sector, as it allows us to gain further experience and feedback from different communities and cultures. It was an absolute pleasure to meet and see so many people.
Our customer commitment, belief, and trust in our brand makes it easy to convey what our business is all about. This year, we saw a rise in supporting civil, plumbing, and drainage sectors with our SANY excavators. Our models have been a real winning point by industries all around Australia, as we provide a well-priced, technologically advanced machine that is committed to getting the job done.
What’s to come?
2022 was a great year, but with such a great team of staff we are always looking for ways to reach even higher. Our goals for the new year will be to continue to build on an already solid framework that continues to support our brand, as well continuing to work with new customers, industries, and sectors. As a company that prides itself on people, we will never take for granted the opportunity to grow, support, and service our business, and by helping people, we are growing and constantly learning.
The uptick in civil, plumbing, and drainage industries will be a continuous target for YELLO™ in 2023. We want to continue to support all industries, particularly these sectors, by providing a great advantage with our well-priced, high quality SANY machines.
With the huge success of the regional trade shows, we are looking to incorporate these into our regular program for next year. In addition to our regular trade shows, we will be looking into introducing further expeditions, including the Murrumbateman Field Days in the ACT and Tocal Field Days in Newcastle.
Thanks to the team and people that made this year great! I am extremely proud of where we have come. I look forward to the new year and what 2023 will bring us.
If you have any questions or queries, please don’t hesitate to contact myself or the team.
With you all the way,
Andy Hopcroft,
General Manager
