{"id":3905,"date":"2022-01-14T04:27:14","date_gmt":"2022-01-14T04:27:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yelloequipment.com\/?p=3905"},"modified":"2023-09-06T13:47:58","modified_gmt":"2023-09-06T04:17:58","slug":"sany-reflects-on-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yelloequipment.com\/au\/sany-reflects-on-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"SANY Reflects on 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;As 2021 draws to a close, I wanted to reflect on the year we have shared and importantly, the many highlights<!--more--> we achieved despite the challenging environment we all operated within.<\/p>\n<p>SANY in Australia has grown 375% compared to the same period in 2020 (Jan \u2013 Oct). This is a phenomenal accomplishment and demonstrates the momentum we are building. Our current market share is 2.5%, representing a 1.7% increase on 2020. Again, SANY is turning heads and enticing customers thanks to our quality, powerful and reliable machines.<\/p>\n<p>This growth would not be possible without the commitment of our dealer network. In many states, dealers were forced to adapt the way they interacted with customers, many doing \u2018virtual walkarounds\u2019 and utilizing technology to allow customers to ask questions and view machines throughout lockdown. I thank them for their flexibility and innovative thinking.<\/p>\n<p>Across our dealer network are a number of highlights I would like to mention:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ultro Plant and Equipment expanded into Regional VIC opening 4 new branches<\/li>\n<li>SANY appointed Brooks Equipment as an authorized dealer in WA<\/li>\n<li>YELLO Equipment\u2122 represented the SANY brand at the Diesel, Dirt and Turf Expo in NSW<\/li>\n<li>Randalls Equipment opened a new facility in Tasmania; and<\/li>\n<li>Adelaide Heavy Equipment have had great success selling large excavators thanks to their presence at numerous field days in their communities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Three of our SANY Dealers were also recently awarded the Machines4U Buyers Choice Award for 2021 in their categories. A huge congratulations to YELLO Equipment\u2122, Adelaide Heavy Equipment and Ultro Plant and Equipment!<\/p>\n<p>All of these achievements have played a significant role in the expansion of the SANY Brand in Australia. I look forward to seeing what 2022 delivers for these great businesses.<\/p>\n<p>It has been a big year for the SANY range too. In 2021 we launched the SY80U and the SY155U. Both models were greatly anticipated in the Australian market with a number of machines having already been purchased prior to the official launch in Australia. We knew we were catering to a unique gap in the Australian earth moving market and have been pleased with the early uptake of these models.<\/p>\n<p>The SY80U sits within our Compact Excavator line-up. Built tough, this model proves you don\u2019t have to trade size for performance. Similarly, the SANY SY155U, also within the compact excavator range, was built using the feedback of experienced operators to ensure it delivers maximum comfort and efficiencies. Both have shown their versatility in various Australian environments and are impressing prospective customers.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m excited that new product launches will continue in 2022. SANY Australia will release the SY155W Wheeled excavators whilst also introducing the SY750H, SY860H &amp; SY980H to the Australian market throughout 2022. We can\u2019t wait to get these impressive machines out on to worksites across the country.<\/p>\n<p>It has also been extremely rewarding to see the response to some of our current promotions. We launched our Refer a Friend campaign to help connect with customers who are looking for a new machine via referrals from happy customers. To see 100s of referrals coming to us confirms the trust and respect people who have tried and tested our machines have for the SANY brand. I know even more customers will get to experience what we have to offer in the year ahead.<\/p>\n<p>On a personal note, I was honored to become the Sales Director of SANY Australia in July this year and have the opportunity to work closely with the SANY team and SANY Dealers. There is so much passion, commitment and a genuine care for helping customers and presenting our fleet of machines. It is a pleasure to play my part in the growth of this great business.<\/p>\n<p>Thankyou for the ongoing support of SANY Australia throughout 2021.
